Returns & Exchanges

At Maniyah and Rose we are committed to providing you with products that are of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot exchange or refund items for change-of-mind for hygiene reasons, so please make your selection carefully. Bare in mind that different monitors/screens will show the colours slightly differently.

Clothing Exchanges

Should you have an item you wish to return, due to incorrect size, please email enquiries@maniyahandrose.com.au for instructions. Cost of postage for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will only be accepted if:

• The item is unworn, unwashed and in the original conditions
• Must have all tags still attached
• Return form (emailed to you) must be completed and included with your return.

Once your item has been received, it will be processed, and a store credit will be issued to the value of your return. You can then use this credit to re purchase in the new size that you desire.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges, only store credits. This is due to limited stock levels and we cannot always guarantee a size will be available when your return has been received.

There are no returns or exchanges for headwear due to health and hygiene reasons.

Damaged/Faulty Items

All items are carefully checked prior to sending. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 7 days to discuss your options. Upon receipt of the faulty product, Maniyah and Rose will undertake an evaluation in conjunction with the manufacturer and if the item is deemed to be faulty, we can offer an exchange, or store credit should the product be unavailable. enquiries@maniyahandrose.com.au

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been made, this cannot be cancelled so please take care when making your selection.
